Summary

Ever get lost in thought? Ever feel like you don't know who you are anymore? Ever feel that you've lost your focus? Lost that purpose in the chaos of life? ... I have been there too... this poem is from when I was in that place...

Lost in Traffic

In the traffic of my mind
I just can’t seem to find
A place to calm my soul
A place without this thoughtwall,

I just can’t seem to find
Any way, any sign
Anything to put me back in line.

No route to find release
No directions to inner peace

No map, no street name
Nothing to guide me home

I just can’t seem to find …
The me, lost in my mind.
