Process of Letting Go

So random;

So bizarre;

This process of:

“Letting go”

It’s become a mantra,

Spoken each day

Whenever “triggers”

Get in the way.

The process:

Forgiven – Done.

No contact – Done.

Ignoring ‘signs’ – Done.

So I repeat

Over and over:

“Let It Go”, “Let it Go”, “Let it Go”

Let’s get over…

But life’s not fair:

Trigger here,

Trigger there;

Letting go everywhere.

In this weird space;

Strange frame of mind;

From being in such control;

To losing my mind.

I give it unbelieving laughter;

It’s all seriously unreal;

The more “Letting Go” I do,

The more the Universe deals!
