If I Think We Could Be More

Poem by: SharpieSharple

Summary

A poem about those hard friendships, where you are attracted to them, sometimes in love with them, but they just see you as a friend. Dedicated to all of those people, myself included, who have been in love with a person who doesn't care about you.

The moment I think we might be closer than friends

The second I think you could like me as much as I like you, or more

I am left devestated as even our friendhip ends

And you are walking out the door

The time I consider leaving

The hours I have spent crying

Disappear when I see you being

The person I want to spend forever with, our love undying
