Bleak white powder, chills my bones

The months of gray make me itch for warmth.

The sight of it makes me crazy,

Snow.

The sun behind the clouds,

Nothing

Frozen ground, no flowers,

Storms kill trees.

Off spring comes in months of warmth,

Life is put on pause.

I drag my feet, but life goes on,

It gets warmer it starts to melt.

Colors come green, blue, yellow, pink

Flowers reappear, new trees start to grow, babies are born

I feel better my soul is better now.
