The power of distance exemplifies the saying that distance indeed makes the bond of love grow stronger.

It is said that distance makes love more strong.

A young couple in love was convinced of this fact. With time however it felt as if the love started to fade away into shadows. There was a sense of drifting apart and as in many instances, One loves more than the other and she was the one who was left more heartbroken and hurt than him. Time heals every wound but Oh! The wound of separation. Even time could not help her overcome her sense of being left midway after promises of staying together no matter what.

One would lay the blame on the boy for what happened to their relation but the underlying truth was even though at the start he felt that they are just not meant to be together but later on as time passed he started realizing what he had lost. he had lost a pearl, a pearl whose laughter made up his day, a gem who would make him feel better after having a hard day, his soul-mate, his partner and the moment this dawned upon him, he wasted no time in sitting around sulking and grieving. no more did he leave the matters in the hands of fate. He got up to get back what was once his.

She had tried to move on in her life but in her hearts of hearts she still longed to hear his voice, feel his touch. all that she needed was for him to hold her tight and tell her that they could still make it work. it was as if he felt her breaking inside and he went back to her to restore those pieces with his love. he went back to tell her how foolish he had been. he knew she is his something special and he would definitely make her feel special again. and the moment they hugged was when it was truly known that Distance indeed makes love stronger.
