Cora is living her life in suspicions, where she tries to analyze people, suspecting them as a threat, hiding their selfish motives, and so she find it hard to build relationships. On her journey, she was involved in a class incident, where she was forced to pretend as amiable as she can, endure to be a person she mostly hate - pretender. With her life turned from solitary to stepping in a group, she realizes that she's not pretending anymore, but discovering herself of who she really is. This is a story of change, where suppressions of people drives them to pretensions and denials, making the truth to be distant, and vortex of lies mold their personality for the sake of human companionship and succession of hidden motives. As Cora starts to uncover her family and friend's secrets, she unknowingly discovers her own.
