The drunk men in the pub
What did the drunk men say?
In the pub.
Where only darkness visits.
Hauling and shouting,
But no one hears anyone.
Beer glasses of bear size,
Amber hue shining in
The dim flushed light.
Neon lights; night blue.
The door of the pub never rests.
The chap in the corner said,
"Mr. Boo, you sound like a
Creepy shoe with sweetness withheld
You better shut your cavity flanked
With two fluffy crooked lips."
"You better not waste your murky mind
On me; you have stuff to care about
Think about the sins, Mr. Scott
Imprisonment was not even fair enough
You would go to hell and not heaven."
"Ah! Look who is babbling that,
Mr. Boo, I guess you would be
Polite enough to remember the days
When I gave you protection from
The dodging cops in the county."
Everyone else was enjoying the face-off
And, waited with greedy eyes to feed
Upon the scene which would soon
Portray Mr. Boo and Mr. Scott
Wrestling and hurling names on each other.
Soon the expectations bore fruit,
Folks out there split in two groups;
One supported Mr. Boo and the
Other abutted Mr. Scott, gladly,
Chaos, wreckage, glasses clashed.
Soon the cops arrived with their
Horn honking enough to alert
The folks out there but two;
Still busy with their fights,
Were banished out of the pub.
