This past Saturday you broke up with me

I asked are we still friends

You said I don’t know well we will see

I wanted to know if there was any way we would be together again

You said there is no if ands or buts

I come to school Monday and you see my arm is full of cuts

You asked what happened to me

I said I could not stop, stop thinking of you

You ask if there was anything you could do

I said just leave me alone

Now I walk around school like a mindless drone

Today you wanted to take me back

I asked you what you lack

You said with a smile I’m not missing a single part

I said while walking away you don’t have a heart
