Everyone has something to say
No choice but to hear it everyday
Some words meaningful and kind
Some that just weigh on your mind
They are people like you and me
in need of attention, or may be an intervention
Everyone is struggling in life
Hearts pierced by pain as sharp as a knife
So don’t be spurred, words are just words
You have the power, the strength to discover
What you will allow and how
To enter your mind or leave behind
You have the power, don’t fall
You have the power, stand tall
You have the power, you deserve all!

Encouraging. You must be a positive person and/or, a person of faith. Don't force the rhyme though. It's ok to let it simmer, then pop it out to punctuate a thought.
