A Mother and her Son.. People were crowded in every nook and corner of the market. There came a Mother and a Son.The mother was looking so young and her son was looking five or six years old. He had clasped on his mother's saree tightly and walking slowly at her back by looking around. His shiny eyes glanced on the toys which were hanging in front of the shops. But he didn't ask or cry for that.He just followed his mother silently. The mother stopped at the vegetable shop. She picked up some tomatoes and potatoes which were the cheapest. Then she bought a loaf of bread from the next shop and went on their journey!!

One day the mother was stitching her son's torn shirt. The son slowly leaned towards her lap and pulled the shirt down and put his head on the lap.He was upset. She didn't ask him anything but she put her hands on his head and closed her eyes slowly. Two big drops of tears came out! It fell on the son's cheek. The son raised his eyes and wiped out the tears with his small fingers. He sat close to her and said, " I Love You .You are my best." The mother hugged him and wept very badly.

The child couldn't understand the reason for that but he could realize that his mother was upset. He held her tightly. The mother felt that her head was spinning. Her frail body became more weak. The son helped her to reach to the bedroom. He got scared when he looked at his mother. Her face was looking like the sky before a thunderous rain!! The son started weeping and he told in her ears softly. " I will never cry for my father. I don't want him but you please, don't leave me. I'll be alone.!! The mother tried to open her eyes very difficultly. She kept a dry smile on the lips for her son.

She tried to remember her husband's face. He didn't say anything when he left the house. He was fed up of his life, his job, his colleagues, his fate, his problems, his.. his.. his.. his ..his.. his......!!!!!! She had tried to solve it out her best to overcome this trauma but he was not able to understand her pangs. He forgot everything..their love..their child..their dreams.. forever!!. The son started to rub her palms quickly. She felt better. She raised her hands towards her son. The little boy put his whole energy to help his mother to raise from the bed. The mother held his small fingers firmly. They smiled at each other.

It was raining outside heavily.
