I'm not too sure about this poem, it's a bit of a mess, interpret it as you will :/

Staying Down

I wouldn’t say I’m feeling depressed,

But then, what am I?

There’s this feeling, in my head,

I don’t know how to explain it,

I just feel let down sort of,

Like I’m a deflated balloon,

I have no purpose,

And so no motivation,

I feel as if there

Is a weight pressing down on me,

It won’t leave

And it keeps me here

In this darkened frame of mind.

Whenever I come up for air

I’m dragged back down to the depths.

It’s only made up of little things,

But it’s enough,

I stay down

Because I don’t know where to go,

I know what to do,

But then,

After that,

When I’m happier,

What then?
