The world works in such funny ways

The things we do the things we say

We must watch every move we make

For at anytime we can screw ourselves

Don't do this and don't say that

Well what else can we do to handle this?

Roughness, clouds of dust, every road has a bump

Straight ahead another turn

Do we take it or continue to move on forward

So many places, to many choices

How can we ever move on if we constantly come across intersections?

Tress surrounding this path I'm on

Comfort is here and beyond

I seek the woods to keep my mind

This seems the only place I have to unwind

Going insane, wheres my place?

Which street am I now on?

Will I ever find my way?

Or will I forever be in remains

So lost, so confused, so scared and alone

Where is this house I call my home?

And if I find it when will it be my own

Staying or going, which should I choose

I know what I want but I do not know if I should

Can't determine if it is right or wrong

And until a solution comes about this question will continue to roam

Will it ever find its place

Or will it forever linger in this space

Where is this place I can call my own

Where is this house I can call my home
