A poem about an idea that nature has its own soul that is awakening and reactint to what we do to the planet.

Wind howling menacingly through crowded forest,
Like salted ocean dispersing upon granite rock,
Air playing with lush green leaves,
Playing harmony's through tired branches,

Forest floor laden with uneven undergrowth,
Stretching and clawing up ageing bark,
Caliginous, dank atmosphere,
Dense mist invades the forest floor,

Clouds overcast stained black and grey,
Possessed by wrathful being,
Growls and strikes with loathsome anger,
Upon the lush but windswept leaves,

The world consumed by hatred,
As rain thunders and pounds,
Upon land soaked with irrational fear,
Until it has covered the ground.
