As a punishment for laying out the wrong style of breeches, I am punishing my servant, by forbidding him to use the word 'sorry' and apologise, which is something my servants are required to say at least fifteen times a day. Thus, when I demand an apology for any slack performance of duties, he is unable to use the word and thus receives a thrashing. If he does use the word, he will be fired immediately.
Is this an acceptable punishment I have created?
