O child, so poor and weak
You remember not
Your King was once inferior and meek
O little girl, so broken and afraid
Come out from behind your masquerade
O little boy, so shy and strong
Yet your feel life is all wrong
Come to the well
Lay back and rest
There you will find peacefulness
O young mother of four
Who can't afford to pay bills anymore
You make a buzz with a knife and pills
But all God says you need to do
Is be still
O father, man of God
So needy and courageous
Open your ears to your children crying
Lead us!
O broken maiden
Who cries all alone
You've searched the streets
With nowhere to go
But there's a love that beckons
Because a friend is being sent in
That wants to heal and your wounds
And scars
That desires to reveal to you
Who you really are
No matter your situation
No matter who you be
Hey, I'm royally screwed up
But Jesus still loves me!
