The Carpenter and His Dancer

A gorgeous, little girl, eyes already twirling with joy, jumped up into the arms of the Carpenter-King. He chuckled with loving delight.
"Dance with me, Daddy!"
The Carpenter set her down, and held out his scarred hands. Her eyes shimmered with gratitude. "Thank you, Papa! I shouldn't even be in Your Arms, but I am. Thank you! I'll worship you forever. What more would I do?"
"Run around with your brothers and sisters, or then find me when you want My Presence. Now, let Me swirl you around and make you feel priceless, like you really are to me."
The Carpenter held her side, close to His ribs, from which he crafted her. He encased His giant gentle fingers around her small hand. She laid her head on his chest and they began to sway. A sleepy grin expanded across her face. This is where she belonged-- in her Daddy's arms, being cradled so close to Glory it would have suffocated her on the old Earth. But this was the new one, where God's love lived abundantly and no pain was even thought of.
The King stroked her hair and sang to her sweetly. He smiled, radiating His Love and compassion. "My Precious Daughter, this is what you fought for. You and I are married so now we will reign the Earth forever eternity."
The Carpenter picked her up once more adn looked deeply into her eyes. "This, priceless child, is what I've kept from you. My Rachel Lyn, this is the gift I have given you. Are you not glad you waited? I saw your anxious heart, and this is what you have sought after-- My Face before you. I love you forever!"
The little girl touched her cheek, expecting it to be wet. But this was the New World-- no crying. Instead, a joy unspeakable surged through her; up from her feet, calves, knees, hips, and heart. Her perpetual smile shone upon His tender countenance and she gingerly kissed him on the cheek. "I love you, Papa! Long live the King!"
She was airborne, her bare feet never making contact with the green grass. The girl sprinted to the Throne, fell at the Master's feet and sang to the LORD her song:

Praise to My Daddy
The Lord on High!
I never thought I'd be here
But my Faithful Papa
Never left my side.
