No one listens to me anyway. The only thing anyone listens to anymore is the sound of a flat line

The thing you don't understand is
I can't stand you, hate to be around you
That thought or sight of  you makes my head go angry, get real crazy
Don't you ever call me your baby

I hurt you, I understand
But when I tried to get you to forgive and stretched out my hand
You pulled back and ran
And it wasn't too early
'Cause when I tried to mend the wounds
You refused me again

Are you stressed? Or depressed? I can sympathize
But what gets me is this sweet, little disguise
Its A-grade, fooling everyone but those I trust
Which, an advantage to you, is very few

Putting salt on my wounds
Is only going to hurt you in the end
Don't you see?
We can never be friends

I don't care what you say
You've had your day
I believe all you can do now is pray
If you're not willing, then neither am I
All your wounds ever did was make me cry
Recently they've made me want to die
Now, I don't care
I've gone numb and angry inside

Do you hear me scream?
Why I never want to leave my dreams?
Do you care that I bleed?
Do you see my desperate need?
I need a daddy . . .
