This is another poem I wrote a while ago.

Eyes full of need,

Stomach turning;

Does anyone know,

Of my secret yearning?

Walking down the hall,

I meet no one's eyes;

I'm scared they'll see through me,

And decipher my lies.

My secret is heavy,

But I won't set it free;

It's all that I have,

It's all that is me.

The anguish balance my life,

It keeps me in line;

It's my troubled child,

This secret is mine.

"This secret is mine" that line was just outstanding! How you manage to deliver, poem after poem, it's just amazing! Though this is an old poem, it's as good as some of your recent poems. Great job!
