Left here,

Burning and bleeding,

Blood soaks into the trees,

Enough to kill the trees.

The wreckage,

Left from your havoc,

The reminder of,

Before the twlight.

No longer do I lay here,

No longer will I wait,

You made it clear,

Now I see.

I know what you said,

And what it really meant,

When you ripped what was left of me,

I could see in your eyes you did it intentionally.

You were my drug,

Better yet a poison,

That burned through my veins,

And froze up my heart.

That inhuman beauty,

The sharp planes,

The voice like honey,

A heart like thorns.

Left me torn and bloody,

Ripped and smashed,

But i'll stand up and move on,

I don't need you like I thought.
