As I ponder,

I stare and yonder,

at natures magnificent array.

Afoot the highest peak,

I am lifted of my feet,

while I take in the panoramic display.

I always wondered,

and think of our plunders,

that could end our solar day.

For I see the truth,

behind much of the spoof,

about money, greed and foul play.

And as beautiful as she looks,

with knowledge like books,

the earth could fade to gray.

For the world must be blind,

how can we mankind,

when we are wasting resources away.

For global warming is dawning,

and we are ignoring its warning,

as we watch it in disarray.

And what of this economy,

lets study astronomy,

for civilization to pave the way.

For we need not oil,

to ignite the coil,

as there are technology’s held at bay.

For us to become one,

under the sun,

so we need not turn away.

The voice of the community,

peace, love and unity,

is what we must portray.

But all I hear is whispering,

that’s why I write today.

For I don’t want depression,

I say to you out of dismay.

And a world wide recession,

but it could be here to stay.

So look at nature the trees are wisdom,

that is what I say.

Here tomorrow gone today,

that’s how we can astray.

Remember take heed my friend to natures power and glory,

make this chapter a good day,

for our futures judgement story.
