Anastasia finds the safe house and the Finders find her. The worlds fate is hanging by a thread as she risk every thing.

It was almost night fall and I was still running. There was a small safe house near a river that would be my home till I knew what would be the earth saving choice. I could hear the river so I knew that it was close. Just keep going. Just keep going. I told my self over and over. Finally I saw the dull out line of the house in the moonlight. I burst through the doors then fell down on the closest chair. After I rested for a few minutes I got a bucket then went out to the river for some water. It was so cold! I splashed handful of handful of icy cold water on my face trying to resist the urge to plunge into the water. I filled up the bucket then headed to the house. It was a small 2 room house. The first room was the kitchen and living area. There was a small wood burning stove in one corner then cabinets lined the wall. A small table separated the living area and kitchen. A fireplace and soft couches were in the living area. I couldn't see much because oh the limited light and I didn't want to risk lighting the fireplace and candles with the enemies so close by. I headed to the back room and it was my bed room. A small wardrobe was on the back wall and a soft carpet covered the floor. The bed was bigger than I thought and was soft was warm. I was asleep in minutes.

I awoke the next day just after sunrise. I searched the cabinets and found fruit nuts and bread. As I ate I thought of all the soldiers out right now fighting to keep the kingdom safe. Then I thought of Dominic and almost started to cry. I remembered those last moments before he had to take the last few soldiers to battle. His father dying and the world at risk of being captured by a dead king. I thought of my parents back at Ariag. Were they captured by Eustace yet? Were they dead? No. I wouldn't think about that. I took my mind off things by going to the river. I found a spear in the house and thought that maybe I could catch a fish with it. It took 3 hours before I finally caught something and I was soaked. It was about the most fun I've had in months. With all the protecting and running away I never had much time for fun so this was nice. Then I heard my stomach rumble. I took the fish inside then fixed him up for eating. I risked a small fire to cook the fish. It wasn't to bad there. Small animals came by every now and then and a few times I saw a deer.

I lived life like that for almost 5 days then one day when I was outside drying some clothes I heard the horse hooves. I knew I didn't stand a chance as the Finders came into the clearing where the house was. They were dressed in black cloaks and rode pure black horses. They were Finders, assassins born and raised to kill. There was only one way to get a away from them so I ran to the waters edge. I took a last look at the world surrounding me then plunged into the dark water. I could hear the Finders yelling at each other for loosing me. They were employs by the King of Adion to hunt me down and get the Golden Cello. I was never going to give him it. My lungs started to burn as I swam on and on not daring to lift my head up till I knew I was at the other side of the river. The Golden Cello still hung around my neck and I realized it was glowing in the dark waters.

Just as I got out of the river they urged their horses in. I knew I needed to catch my breath but ran. Branches hit my face and roots threatened to trip me but I ran with all my might. They were just a few yards behind me and the one in the lead was drawing his knife. Just as he was about the throw it he fell to the ground with a loud thump. Then the next and the next. Their knifes flew from their hands but none landed near me so I ran on. Arrows pierced their thin armor and only one remanded. Just before he hit the ground his knife hit home right in my side. I hit the ground hard gasping for air and screaming. The next few seconds of my life I was sure to be the last. Just as I was sure the world would crumble Dominic dropped from a tree and kneeled down next to me.

"Don't die!" he cried as he lifted my head onto his lap. "Please don't die!"

"I love you." I just managed to get out. I knew it was true and I needed him to know that before I died.

"I love you to." Then I lifted the Golden Cello from my neck and forced it into his hands. I handed him the Golden Dagger from my belt and I knew what I was about to say was also true. It was like a 6th sense. Something I just knew that without a doubt in my hand I knew was true.
“Its time.” He gave me a slight nod of the head then plowed the Dagger into the Golden Cello. The world around us seemed to stop and a blinding flash came from the cello. Then when it was over the cello was gone. All that was left was a pile of dust. After that the world around me went black.
