Lilith could not help but smile at him.
"Lilith, let's just stay under this tree the entire day and night until tomorrow.. I have some money I found in my backpack this morning. We will buy food and you and me will sleep right here. Only the two of us.."

"Aww.. Only the two of us?... Okay.. The two of us... In this forest.. All day." she said and smiled.

Lilith cuddled into Sterling. Sterling wrapped his arms around her, comforting her. The only sound was the gentle wind, rustling so gently against the leaves on the trees and also the occasional bird chirp. Lilith soon fell asleep in Sterlings arms. She felt so safe, so at peace, so happy. She felt like she could lay there for centries and never move. Her breathing as she slept was so soft and so very quiet. She inhaled, then exhaled. Inhaled, then exhaled. Sterling stroked her hair very softly and she loved it. She smiled in her sleep.

Sterling loved holding Lilith in his arms. He felt as if he were holding a very fragile and expensive glass sculpture, and that the slightest move would break it. That if he hugged her too tight, it may break her fragile body and snap her into two. He cares so much for this girl. He loved the very slight and gentle feeling of her breath against his chest as she rested her head on it. As she lay there, he kissed her forehead. Her skin felt so soft as it touched Sterling's lips.
