This is written from the viewpoint of a creature in one of my reoccuring dreams. In this dream, I can see and feel all the torment of this creature...this poem erupted after the third night--just trying to get relief.

Mirrors of Reflection (Silent Belief)
I obliterate your mind
With the torture of each heart—
Flooding the torch of every life
With the destruction that does
Lay within the realms of
Eternity.
I am thinking of a distant past
Which may one day merge with
The future
To create a void so deep,
So full of despair,
That even the smallest drop of hope
Will be sucked from the night
You dine in,
With all its wounds and virtues.
Sheer agony confers the only hostility
Held within,
And I am fully aware of your timeless
Hopes
As well as your well sorted dreams.
I fight to stay…
This time I may not win.
The world has not thus ended,
For I have fallen before the cradle
Of origin—
Attempting to unmake all of the creator’s heart.
I have fallen from His grace
For your blood,
And I do not comply with such solemn demands as death.
I will obtain the greatest heart of
Each new day….
The gift is your soul,
Now mine.
