This was written at a moment in time when darkness pervaded the thoughts. Life is worth living, but at this moment, all seemed lost and undone.

Infection
I am afflicted.
Day and night eager pessimism turns my soul
into a void from which there is no return.
In this moment,
God turns his face
as the angels of hell rip my life from me
before my eyes.
Desolation is my keeper.
Fear is breeding,
sending plagues of anguish through my body
and I am hopeless once more.
This cancer is killing me.
This burden is burning me alive…
and I feel so alone—
Every inch trembles under this weight…
My shoulders are heavy as all the negativity of a multiverse thrashes through my brain.
My heart wants to stop beating.
Everything has become profoundly malignant and
Frustration evolves into a world of
Self-Hatred—
How could I be so weak?
Sleep flees from my grasp
as the silence fills with the steady humming of inhuman thoughts of
Catastrophe,
and the well of tears runs dry—
Anger prevails.
This is not earth (not this moment)…
This is a hell that convulses all about me—
Wanting to reach within me and steal everything
that is good in life.
This is the life God has given me…
Please don’t turn your face!
I need you!
