I'm kind of a happy loner

There are times
where I wish to plan my day
I'm over the fact
they never go the right way

I spend my time
in a community pool
I'm one on one
so sessions aren't long.
Too many people
I'll lose track of what's going on

And there are days
where I want to chill
give me two things
a reason
and a hand
but you come up with the plan.

We can do what you want
I'll take you places
I drive
you direct

When I do things for others
I feel correct
I don't make mistakes
when I'm living a day for you.

I don't like to sit still
my clock is ticking
sometimes I wish it was at a stand still
but I have to do as much as I can
there is still lots left to do.

Give me time
and reason
I'll gladly stay with you
as long as you don't make me blue
and give me plenty to do.

Your poetry is of a very personal nature and speaks to me, or for me. I often feel this way: Just tell me what to do and i will happily do. Eventually, I beleive, we all find the person(s) we need to in life. Have a wonerful journey.
