Another poem I wrote when I had calmed down a bit after an argument with my mom.

Cascading Tears

You struggle by

And live to see morning

Your heart is exploding

With the events of hell

When tears are no good

Sometimes other things

Are substituted

Headaches come with grief,

Along with the tears that

Flow, cascade

In the darkness, I write,

The paper is barely seen

As the events of the past

Catch up with the present

The pen is the gateway

Of expressing the soul

Across the paper these words

Flow, cascade

Purpose, duty, existence…

What is life without purpose?

You simply exist, unloved,

Unknown

When in the dark,

You begin to wonder,

Does my life matter?

Does a purpose exist for me?

Troubles are apart of

Life,

But they make life hell

Confusing words come to

My mind,

How do I find my purpose?

When will I find it?

When will I fulfill it?
