An heir to the Winterstone throne has been born.....

The kingdom of Glendora joyously celebrates, as they converge upon the pure white, majestic castle nestled on the edge of the Windamir cliffs. Lovely grandeur & festive gaiety are suddenly disrupted when a mysterious arrival glides across the threshold. Captivating does not befit the exquisite beauty of their late night guest. The question of, who is she, whispered through everyone's lips, as she strolled across the marble floor, accessing everything in a quick sweeping glace. Only pausing for the slightest moment, when her compelling eyes locked upon the commander of the Winterstone knights, Sir Gareth Breckenridge. Time stood still within the depths of each other's intense gaze & a forbidden passion was initiated. For it was soon revealed that the enchanting stranger was Asenath Ellsworth, a cunning sorceress who has come to enact vengeance against the Winterstone's & the kings advisor, Dorian Camillus, who is also a wizard.

A mission from the king sends Sir Gareth Breckenridge on a journey towards the sorceress's palace, to gain intelligence on her plans for their fate. Only the instant he sees Asenath basking in the moonlight, Gareth's attempts to resist her charms, but shortly finds himself within her embrace. Before the night has ended they join in a magical, spiritual ceremony of marriage.

Meanwhile, the royal Winterstone couple shortly becomes prey to a wicked spell that causes their health to steadily deteriorate. Queen Alexandra Winterstone is the first to tragically perish. The queen's demise lurches the king into a rapid downward spiral which confines him to his death bed. It is only then that Gareth senses that his king is in grave peril & races towards his side. Gareth arrives just in time to receive one last order, ride out with his fellow comrades & dispose of the threat that is Asenath Ellsworth.
