it's all underneath... gotta dig it out, stop holding it in..

Diggin' Down Deep inside

Down to all those things you hide

all those times, all the tears you cry

most of your thought revolve around suicide

the cuts on your wrist

that trail up your arm

the clenching of your fist

the glass working like a charm

over dose of pills

blood dripping off your skin

your heart beat starts to still

as you dig down deep within

as chills run up your back

the blood and tears falling to the floor

all you know is you hate life

and you don't want this pain no more

A poem from within..Full of emotion..Well written

Throw the pills in the bin
And the razor to the floor
No need to dig it from within
Your poetry will show it the door

I hope writing is helping you cope
