Monster in my Dream

Its talons ripped me apart

Its breath as rotten as a corpse

The sound of beating wind through wings

It sent a cold chill to my spine

The little hairs on my neck stood straight

While its scales turned gray

My eyes where held wide in fear

Its tail crushed my spear

The creature had tricked me

It tricked me in my sleep

But when I woke up I only realized one thing

That monster from my dream

It was you I’d seen :)
