I landed carefully on my feet and started running. As I passed David's house, I remembered to throw a rock at his window. Something I did often, just to get back at him. Sure, i broke his window a few times, but I was never found guilty. He looked out, just to see me running. He gave a quick sigh, and shut the window. I kept running, even though I heard his cries behind me. The sounds of the creek were close by, but I had unfortunately tripped, and dropped everything in the water. I looked down at my clothes, which were soaked in running black mascara, reminding me of the painful day. I sat up, and felt a hand on my shoulder. Just to my luck, it was David. His hazel eyes distracting me from reality. I quickly snapped out of it and roughly pulled away. He helped me up and wrapped his jacket around me. I pulled it off and shoved it back to him. \"Look, Addie, I know your ma-\" \"Why wouldn't I be mad? You left me alone in this world, even though you knew what I was going through. You left you BEST friend for some bottle blond girl. I can't trust people like you anymore.\" I grabbed my things and ran again. Seeing for the second time that he didn't care. I kept going until I hit something hard. I looked up, but it wasn't a tree. \"Why hello there. What a coincidence running into a young beautiful girl.\" I passed out. I hit my head hard.
