Sometimes you have to learn about yourself the hard way. Creating theories, testing them only to find out you have deluded yourself in the end. The nature of reality was such a lesson for me.

How come?

Most mystics, metaphysicians and spiritualists (Among others) seeking enlightenment have a concept of God, Oneness, Substance and other terms for the same thing. They believe that the individual soul is no individual at all but rather one with all things on a deeper level. Through countless efforts and continual failures I have learnt that is not the case.

The concept of God to me is just a thought and a feeling of being one with God arises because of hard meditation practise (Among other methods). But this has been revealed as an illusion that arises as the individual doing the practise recreates his/her own reality. The universe is thought responsive in nature and can be become anything depending on the beliefs of the individual. The false transformation happens as the old concept of the self disappears and transforms to the new one. God, Oneness, Substance or whatever you to call it is just a creation of thought.

It is also a destructive one, destroying true personality and giving way for a feeling of lightness, euphoria and a sense of happiness. But this experience is not wanted as it destroys a true concept of individuality and also a working intellect. The experience fades in the end.

My arguments for this error is that all the mystics are saying different things. Their concepts of God is contradictory among themselves. Some believe in an unselfish god, some believe in the opposite. Others believe the individual is no god at all. Which is the concept according to certain esoterics. I thought that I was one with God in one point of my personal evolution, at other times I thought I was Satan. And reality transformed. But it was revealed as a thought construct, recreating my reality according to belief.

One can trace the beliefs of the mystics to their own culture and practise. The metaphysic concepts changing over time as the movements evolved. A result of the thinking of the certain times.

You are only an individual. You are the concepts you have attained according to your own life struggle. You are a product of your own actions, thoughts and feelings but also related to the time and place where you lived and was born. To the other people surrounding you. To the system, the governments, to spiritual influences and so on. One can attain occult powers, to evolve spiritually, intellectually, emotionally among many things. But you are limited to just that. Being finite in your own powers.

The most important thing to me was not to realize my abilities but to realize my limitations. Because the insanity I have experienced is due to a misunderstanding of my limitations. That the personal power is finite.

Reality (Including the Self) can be understood by personal investigations. And not only in relation to oneself but in relation to others and reality as a whole. Without feedback from external reality one can easy delude oneself. Thinking one has omnipotence, infinite resources, resulting in psychosis.

This was the mistake of the mystics.

In my view most people of the world are living in a mass psychosis. Believing in a false reality concept created by the powers that be (Certainly being created by the individuals themselves, being fed their own ”Truth”). The way to awake from this state of being is to realize the failure of mankind and oneself. Believing in a false hope of happiness that never comes to realization because of the false reality concepts.

What is the individual for real?

He is the information making up his own consciousness, as he was when he/she was born and modifying on the way. To find oneself is the most important thing of all. Resulting in a sense of wholeness, of self-love, personal confidence and true happiness. (Among other things) But this is beyond easy. It is rather very difficult. To learn from true life experience is one way, using logical deduction of the things experienced. But to look beyond the shallowness of a false theoretical network, creating new assumptions and testing them in real life. Consciousness growing deeper with time, as the intellectual understanding of life and the self merges with the objective reality within and without. Arriving at peace.

But I have no teaching. There might be countless ways to arrive at the same conclusions. Taking control of others with a ”universal concept of liberation” is one of the most evil things of all. Being a mode of mind-control and unfit for a true individual, finding happiness in his/her own way.

Learning by a personal choice, not mine.
