A recap of last night's Toronto/Pittsburgh game.

The Pittsburgh Penguins snapped the Toronto Maple Leaf's five game winning streak last night with a 5-3 victory.

Carl Hagelin put the Penguins ahead 1-0 at 3:23 of the first period.

Connor Brown tied the game at 6:41.

Tyler Bozak put the Leafs ahead 2-1 at 10:40.

Evgeni Malkin quickly tied the game at 11:51.

Zach Aston-Reese made it 3-2 Peguins at 5:21 of the second period.

Patrick Marleau scored his 20th goal of the season to tie the game at 3-3 at 15:46.  It was the 15th time in Marleau's career to reach the 20 goal plateau.

At 7:56 of the third period, Olli Matta put the Penguins ahead for good.

Bryan Rust added another goal at 16:36.

Both Malkin and Rust had three points.

Despite the loss, Leaf's goalie, Frederik Andersen, stopped 34 shots last night.

The Leafs are in Detroit tonight to take on the Red Wings.
