"Maribel?"

"Here!"

"Cameron?"

"Here!"

The role continued on like this until Mr. Peters reached the end of the role.

"Dawn, Zaine!"

Mr. Peters remembered his mistake and crossed their names off the role.

Suddenly the hushed chatter of his students went silent, and Mr. Peters looked up and froze.

"Oh, we're here."

Dawn and Zane stood at the door of the classroom, both smiling.

Dawn glanced at every face in the classroom and, seeing every seat taken, turned around and locked the door with a click.

"Dawn, Zane. I was not told that you are to be welcomed back to the school." Mr. Peters said, gulping as Zane looked him up and down.

"We're not." Dawn said, taking out her ponytail and shaking her long, glossy black hair out.

"The freaks are back. I thought they left for the circus." Maribel Lucas whispered to one of her friends, and they both giggled quietly.

Suddenly though, both Dawn and Zane twisted their heads around to stare at her coldly, studying her.

They then looked at each other, a gleam in their eyes.

Dawn and Zane glided to either side of Maribel's desk, knocking students out of their seats and taking them, sitting down next to her.

"Is there a problem?" Maribel asked, glancing at one of her friends and snorting.

"You." Zane said, playing with a strand of Maribel's hair.

Maribel pulled away in disgust as Dawn and Zane smirked at eachother.

"I'm sorry?" Maribel exclaimed in disbelief as she stood up, placing her hands on her hips.

Dawn and Zane turned their seats around and tilted their heads at Maribel's outraged expression, a smile brightening up their faces.

"Dawn, Zane, Maribel. Please take a seat and we shall continue this lesson." Mr. Peters said nervously, re-positioning his glasses.

Dawn and Zane cast their annoyed glares on him, but moved a table from the back of the class and sat down next to eachother.

"Now, where were we? Oh yes, now that we've finished the role, it's time we moved on to Australian history! Australian history is very interesting because-" Mr. Peters was cut off by Dawn standing up and crossing her arms over her chest.

"This is bullshit." she announced, and the class turned to stare at her in shock.

"I refuse to tolerate that kind of language in my class!" Mr. Peters said angrily, though he still sounded nervous.

"Yet you can tolerate that?" Dawn said in disgust, pointing a finger at Maribel.

Mr. Peters didn't answer, he simply sat down at his desk annd started dialing the principal's office.

Zane stood up, entwining his fingers into Dawn's.

What he did next made the whole class freeze in terror.

"Put the fucking phone down." Zane hissed menacingly, raising a gun to point straight at Mr. Peters' head.

Mr. Peters dropped the phone shakily, clearing his throat.

"Zane, I'm going to have to take you to the principal." he said, standing up.

Suddenly, gunshots rang out as Mr. Peters looked down at the holes in his chest, falling to his knees.

The whole class was silent until a small, shy girl screamed loudly.

Soon the whole class was standing up, hiding under tables, running for the door.

Zane smiled in satisfaction as he shot the ones trying to escape.

Dawn walked to the front of the class with Zane, smiling at him brightly and standing on her toes to kiss him on the cheek lovingly.

"You psycho!" Maribel screamed in fear as she held up a chair.

"Oh, please. There's always the stupid whore who says that without thinking in every bad horror movie you've ever seen." Dawn said, snorting.

"I'm not a stupid whore." Maribel said quietly, and Dawn was in front of her in a flash, bringing her up from the ground with a hand on her throat.

Maribel coughed and tried to pry Dawn's hands away, but Dawn wouldn't stop.

Zane placed a hand on Dawn's shoulder, and she relaxed and dropped Maribel to the ground.

Maribel coughed, rubbing her throat and staring up at Dawn and Zane in hatred.

"Now now, love. No need to get too excited." Zane said playfully, and Dawn turned around and kissed him on the lips, giggling.

The class didn't move, didn't even speak.

"Bitch." Maribel's friend said under her breath, and Zane pulled away and immediately pulled out his gun, pointing it straight at the girl.

"What did you just say about my girlfriend?!" he said furiously, and the girl froze and stared at Zane in fright.

"I-I..nothing, I mean, I was talking about Maribel!" she stammered quickly, and Zane shook his head.

"No, you were talking about my girlfriend you fucking liar!" he screamed, shooting her twice in the stomach as she screamed in pain.

She breathed deeply, clutching her stomach as the blood went through her shirt.

"Babe." Dawn said quietly, linking her arm through Zane's as he breathed heavily.

"You're insane!" the girl screamed, and Zane froze and turned around again as she gasped and moaned in pain.

"What's your name?" he asked her gently, kneeling down when she fell off her chair.

The girl stared up at Zane for a moment, blinking once.

"Georgie." she replied, and Zane smiled and pushed a strand of hair away from her face.

"Well Georgie, I hope you rot in hell." Zane whispered in her ear, and she screamed at the top of her lungs as he dragged her toward the window.

"No, don't!" a girl at the back yelled, but Zane payed no attention.

"Please, no!" Georgie cried, and the last the class saw of Georgie was her horrified face as she slipped out the window, her screams still loud and clear.

Zane sighed and turned back to the class, throwing his hands up into the air as if to say, 'What was I supposed to do?'.

"Fuck you!" Maribel screamed, running to the window and seeing her best friend in a bloody splattered mess on the concrete at the bottom.

Dawn glided forward and grabbed Maribel's long blonde hair, kicking her in the back and hearing a terrifyingly loud crack.

Maribel screeched as the class looked on in horror, seeing the odd angle that her body was bent at.

"What's the matter, Maribel?" Dawn asked her sweetly, taking out a long pair of scissors and starting to chop off Maribel's perfect blonde hair.

"No, please stop!" Maribel cried, tears streaming down her face.

"Please Maribel, stop WHINING!" Dawn yelled at her, slicing off part of the skin on her head.

"I'm sorry, I'm not very good at this yet." Dawn told her innocently, continuing to chop off her hair and skin on the top of her head.

"Ah!" Maribel continued to sob, and Dawn clapped her hands and stepped away as Maribel instantly fell to the ground with another sickening crack.

She only gasped and groaned, and Dawn smiled widely at the rest of the class.

"I'm finished." Dawn announced, and nobody said anything.

They only sat there with sad faces, not a single sound coming from them.

"Admire my masterpiece! Admire my fucking masterpiece!" Dawn screamed, stamping her foot as the class slowly stood up, walking over to Maribel as she cried silently.

They all stood around her, staring blankly.

"It's beautiful." Zane whispered in Dawn's ear, kissing her on the cheek lovingly.

Dawn suddenly froze, and Zane followed her eyes to Cameron Smith, Dawn's popular ex-boyfriend who had cheated on her with the head cheerleader.

"You." Dawn said simply, walking forward and kneeing Cameron where the sun don't shine.

He groaned and fell to the ground, and Dawn leaned down.

"What's the matter? Did you get an ouchie?" Dawn asked sweetly, standing up again and placing her hands on her hips.

"Get up." she said to Cameron, and he jumped up in an instant, staring Dawn down in rage.

"You really shouldn't have done that." he said, raising his fist over his head.

Dawn tilted her head as Zane was about to start moving, and Zane stopped and smiled as Dawn ducked out of the way of his fist and grabbed her schoolbag, pulling out a long tube filled with some kind of liquid.

"What are you gonna do, throw water all over me? That's not gonna help you, sweetheart." Cameron said, and Dawn smiled, showing her pearly white teeth.

"Does water feel like this?"

Dawn poured the water right over Cameron's arm, smiling in satisfaction as he screamed loudly, his fingers burning away instantly.

"You fucking bitch!" he yelled, and Dawn slapped him across the face.

"Now Cameron. That is exactly what I felt after you cheated on me with that blonde bitch. Except I felt it on my heart."

Suddenly, Dawn pulled out a knife from her schoolbag, stabbing Cameron in the chest as he looked down, a choked gasp escaping his lips.

Dawn looked into his eyes as she continued to cut a circle around his heart before putting her hand into the hole, pulling his heart out as he went completely limp.

She stroked the fresh, bloody heart, kissing it softly before slicing it in half, some students in the class looking greener than ever.

"That was how it felt." she said, staning up and letting the heart drop to the ground next to Cameron's body.

"Now!" Zane said loudly, standing up on one of the chairs. "All of you never did anything to us like they did, so we don't mind any of you."

The whole class sighed in relief as Zane smiled at them.

"But you know what?" He started again, glancing at Dawn as a smile crossed her lips. "None of you did anything to stop them."

Suddenly Zane jumped down and grabbed one of the girls, twisting both of her arms back as the rest of the class screamed.

Dawn grabbed one of the guys and pushed him to the ground, stomping on his head as blood poured out.

Once they had both finished, they looked around the classroom.

Only then did they notice the constant banging and yelling on the other side of the classroom walls, and they opened the blinds of the windows to see all of their teachers, their principal, and the police.

Dawn and Zane looked at eachother, smiling happily.

"Just what we predicted." Zane sighed, walking over to the fire alarm and setting it off, seeing the acid that rained over the people as their bodies slowly burned away.

After they were all dead, Zane turned off the fire alarm and opened the door for Dawn, slinging his arm around her shoulders as they walked down the hall.

"I love you." Zane chuckled, pushing back a strand of Dawn's hair as she smiled at him.

"I love you too."

They opened the doors to the school, both pulling out a cigarette as they heard the police sirens wailing in the distance.
