Reunited
Calling from a distance
Swallowed by time
Awaking to silence
Escaped by delight
Floating in a limbo
Drowning in nothingness
Slowly fading to grey
As seasons rolled by
The trees have lost their color
Food has lost its flavor
The flowers have lost their scent
With the passing of time
And then the sun broke through
And the fog lifted
My vision suddenly brightened
And the path was clear
Shadows became shorter
And my heart thumps faster
I broke to a run
Towards an apparition
Then your smile appeared
And melody filled the air
As your voice reach my ears
When you called my name
My heart turned to water
And even breathing is a delight
That after the long silence
You're back with me again

This was a wonderful addition to your portfolio. I loved it! It is beautifully serene. It is calming. I really enjoyed this piece. Thank you!
