My night last night.

You really want to know?

Well...

I met the most wonderful man.

He was tall and handsome,

black glassy eyes, similar-shade

black curly hair.

He told me he was a professor.

Of what? I asked.

History, he replied bluntly.

He told me he played cello for fun.

Cello Suites? I asked.

He laughed and said, Rachmaninoff.

We talked for hours.

He bought me a drink.

He gave me a ride to my apartment.

Then, after asking me to meet him sometime,

he leaned over and our souls almost met,

Then I woke up.

And that was my night last night.
