A A A | A A A

We were a trio.

Laughter and happiness was our bio.

Laugh at the drop of hat.

No fight or tit for tat.

This was our portrait.

Our names started with A, S and G.

We were ‘A Super Guild' with one single object.

Don't worry; make merry was also our subject.

Out of past, in to present.

Let me come to point.

Trio is married and settled.

With responsibility of one's own home, each is saddled.

One is the spouse of defense personnel.

Better half of another is marine official.

Third has tied the nuptial knot to a wizard of pharmaceutical.

Away from each other for years, twenty.

Trio is drowned in responsibility, plenty.

But, we do keep in touch.

On birthdays, anniversaries.... in our memory pouch.

Looking back,

I pick those wonderful days from my most precious sack.

This reminiscence is refreshing.

That' feel good' state is mind blowing.

We were bound together as though with glue.

Our friendship was too good to be true.

Sorry, not ‘was'.

It is ‘is'.

This binding has no ending.

As usual, tempting.

To keep "looking back".
