Why carry a huge bag that contains regret?

Why begrudge others in retrospect?

Why can’t we move on and try to forget

All the drama that dare not become an epithet?

When everyone was high we ran into Sara and Dallie

And everything was fine; I didn’t possibly foresee

All this damn conflict that would be there

To later put a nasty stench in the air

Two days later I snapped and blamed Sara

For calling the cops on us and striking terror

But afterward I realized that was all a lie

And Sara was so loyal that for us she would die

No, what happened was some third party called the police

And we all felt awkward like a sheep without a fleece

And while we dipped so fast to say ‘peace’

Dallie and Sara were defending and protecting us from the police
