Politics are stupid.

People wonder why I don’t waste my time on politics

But maybe I would give more respect to it if it didn’t have a lot of tricks

It’s just a vastly formal game consisting of blood-sucking tics

Yes I said it – parasites as good as wax-devoid candlesticks

Election is coming up soon and most are hunting for their political savior

And these candidates will say anything to the people for a higher score

Then we finally choose our president and he does a pinch of what he promised before

So the lives of the American people are still hard – they feel mauled by a carnivore

To me, the only good presidents in history were the emancipationists

Everyone else pretty much hibernated once elected and now everyone is pissed

No matter who is in office, we get the same taste of justice

Which says: If a problem persists, we’ll just overlook and dismiss

They are professionals at cracking down on what really isn’t a problem

Yet refuse to deal with real issues by destroying the roots of the stem

I guess I’m a fool for thinking this way

But I’ve always believed in work before play
