This poem was written when I was extremely depressed, or something along those lines. It was late at night, I was overly tired and sorrowful.

These late nights in which cause me the most pain,

and encourage this dark insanity

the silence in which fills these corridors,

none other than the sobs produced by me.

the sorrow in my heart, it aches and pounds

throughout the excessively weary day,

then it comes pouring out on the safe grounds,

before the darkness turns back into day.

I bury tears not seeking sympathy

for thoughts-- like the wildfire, tend to spread.

salvaging the grief, keeping it for me.

Locking these mutant thoughts up in my head,

I will not let them out, they'll rise and crawl,

to the ones in which love and care for me,

i'll be forced to watch them suffer and fall,

afterall misery loves company.
