Servings: six

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Cook Time: Sliced cake 15 minutes.  Whole thing 30 minutes

Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 10oz angle food cake(FOUND IN BAKERY AT WALMART.)

1 cup mini chocolate chips

1-1/2 cups glazed walnuts

1 can sweeten condensed milk

1-1/2 cups of half and half

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs

1 egg yolk

1 box 1.5oz vanilla pudding(INSTANT)

DIRECTIONS:  Lightly spray a 8.25 inch dish.  Preheat oven to 350.  Slice cake and lay on a cookie sheet and place in oven for 15 minutes.  Meanwhile in a  small bowl beat the two eggs and the one egg yolk togather.  In a medium bowl combine the condensed milk, half and half, the pudding mix; mix well. add the eggs to the milk mixture, add the vanilla extract.  In the prepared dish add a few slices of cake.(CAKE CAN BE CUT TO FIT DISH.)  Next sprinkle with some nuts and chocolate chips.  Repeat layers until cake is gone.  Make sure you save some nuts and chocolate chips for the top.Pour pudding mixture over the cake.  Be sure to press cake down into pudding mixture.  Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until pudding is set.
