Being lonely isn't all that it's cracked up to be,

that's why I've went crazy,

and am on vacation there you see,

It's me, myself, and I,

just the three of us,

on the outer limits bus,

having left this place called reality.

I see her face as this looney goon passes by,

and she sits there crying,

as this dumbo sprouts wings to fly,

it's her, herself, and she,

like the three of us,

but not upon this bus,

never to trace where I flee.

No being lonely isn't all that it's cracked up to be,

that's why we've went crazy,

and am on vacation there you see,

It's me, myself, and I,

it's her, herself, and she,

just the six of us,

walking beaches in the dust,

having left a place called reality.

There in the mirror who is it that I see,

as I stand there shaving,

away all the layers that there be,

Is it me, myself or I,

just which one of us,

who am I to trust,

who'll pick up each broken piece.

We've maimed our souls as if heart aches passes by,

while we stand there crying,

as we brake our wings to fly,

it was, is, and be,

like the three of us,

a sword upon it thrust,

in that place to be free.

No being lonely isn't all that it's cracked up to be,

that's why we've went crazy,

and am on vacation there you see,

It's me, myself, and I,

it's her, herself, and she,

just the six of us,

walking beaches in the dust,

having left a place called reality.
