This is me being tired of being a screw up, long story short. I was up until two last night being reprimanded for being an idiot, which I entirely agree with, but I began to feel like that's all that happens to me lately.

Cage me like the monster that I am

Bind me with your chains and beat me for my sins

File down my teeth so I can't bite

Rip out my claws so I won't fight

Shove me into the cage

Lock the doors on the wars I wage

Kennel me like a kitten

Bad kitty, she's destruction smitten

Never wanted to make you hurt or cry

Watches as the sickening seconds fly by

Licks the wounds she gives herself

Puts her heart back on the shelf

There it will sit, stay

And wait for another day

Alone in the corner

She knows if she leaves no one will mourn her

No one will ever cry their saline tears

For someone every woman, man, and child fears

Hitting her with the sticks they make

It's her spirit and smile that they break

The things she is dreaming

The words no longer have meaning

The ties by which she is bound

Her place is on the ground

All she wants is someone to hold her hand

Nothing goes as she had planned

But she knows nobody wants her

The dark, twisted monster.
