Heaven, Hell, and Love

There are far too many things in life
that are dull,
but love is never to be one of them.

Choruses of angels would sing of
the way you look at me.

Poets would weep, and
shakespeare would write of us from his grave.

Our passion would make cupid himself
die of envy.

I lose myself in your eyes and
find myself again in your quickly beating heart.

Nothing could ever compare, not
even the bright city lights of new york city
or the endlessness of the ocean,
to the way you kiss like the devil
but look like the face of god.
