She can't tell you why
she cries so much; why
she doesn't know; why
she's so scared.

What the future holds
for all of us is untold.
We're scared to think of it,
and parting ways makes us cry.

The twinkle in his eyes,
the truth behind those lies.
Will it all be remembered?
Forgotten? Too bad that's to be.

Hold on to your memories,
Exchange your last worries.
Seemed so fast, but yet so slow.
It's no weekend, we aren't coming back.

Now, wipe your tears,
Hug those near and dear.
Perhaps your paths will cross.
But now, you must part ways.
