Husband of Mine

by Susan H Fouts 2/28/1992

Husband of mine

God has brought us together

Oh, husband of mine

Those ties we can't sever

Let no man put asunder

What God has joined as one flesh

I'll be with you till my last breath

Husband of mine

 *

Husband of mine,

The road has not been easy

But if we press on

His blessing won't leave us

What the world considers foolish,

God calls it divine.

I'll be with you till I die,

Husband of mine.

*

Husband of mine.

I place a value upon you.

I sincerely appreciate

Every good thing you say or do.

You're the father of my children

Blessings from above.

I love you with God's love

Husband of mine.
