Life as we know it begins,
In a whirlwind of emotion,
To inconceivable to put into words.
As time moves on,
We grow from the outside, as well as within.
We have the fortune of reaping from others lives,
That have come and gone before us.
Our minds enable us to learn.
Our hearts give us the power to reach beyond.
It is now our choice,
We will make our own path on this journey.
Through tumultuous joy,
And the deepest, darkest sorrow we arise.
Will we use what has be felled us to strengthen our will?
Or will we let it shatter our hopes,
To knock us off our pathway?
When we come to the end,
We will find that it is our souls,
That has led us through the mists of time.
It is in this moment that life begins again.
We have completed the circle,
And started anew.
