April showers bring May flowers, at least, that's what my brother always used to say. He always had the best advice. Like "Never let them see you cry or they'll know you're weak" and "Punch someone in the face, it takes less muscles to do that than to smile." Okie, maybe he wasn't the best role model. I mean, he'd been in jail multiple times. Why? He was a drug-dealer, he fought the cops... basically everything. But the thing is, he was my best friend and my big brother. He was my hero. But, hey, people change, right? One night he and I were talking and you know what he said? Go kill yourself. Can you believe that?! I mean, of all the things to say to me! Me, a depressed little girl! But do you know what hapenned after that? One night I was at a football game and there he was. He walked right up to, smiling, and said, "Hey, cheer up, smile." I mean, the nerve! Another time, I told him how big of a jerk he was and how much he'd hurt me. He got mad, called me the jerk, and I ended up apologizing. He ruined me. He killed me on the inside. And that, officer, is why I had to kill my brother.
