I sit here and right away my sorrows

Hoping that you may read it and understand the hurt in my voice

I know sorry isn’t enough

I would do anything to be able to call you my friend again

I don’t even know what we are anymore

I wish I could make you happy… I do.

But I can’t do what you want… not the way we are right now.

Looking at you, I see you looking back.

It’s like there is no feeling involved, but all of our souls poured in at the same time

It’s the way you engulf me when we hug in a tight embrace

It’s the way I despise saying no to you

Sorry… how many times would saying it keep us the same?

I love you.

There… I said it. But does it change anything?

Could we just go away? Like not for the day, but for what people define as a long time.

Needing you is a lethal horror film

But I’m addicted to the rush

The thrill for you, the thrill to know who stays after this fatal attraction.
