I close my eyes to find some relieve in the darkness

I feel it pounding in my chest

Shaking me, to get out

But I just breath and push it down deeper.

I cant let it out

Not again,

It took me forever

To hide it deep down inside of me.

The pounding gets harder as

I feel him tearing at my insides,

My blood boiling,

The pressure unbearable

An uncomfortable laugh escapes from within me,

my breathing shallow now,

I think I have it under control,

I think I won.

I open my eyes to the world, and

I look up into the mirror

But my eyes are not my own

And my smile, is a mere smirk

Off something evil that has come out to play.
