Life has become mechanical; and in an attempt to do our best at work and in personal relationships, we are loosing sight of what we are. We have
forgotten to focus on the present. We are often worried by questions such as "How can I achieve what I wish? What's my life's purpose?" Life is in a flux and as the minutes tick by, the
demands on us in our career and in the family are changing.
We find ourselves always preparing for the next level challenges. The demand can get exhausting and we operate on auto-pilot. Don't look
for approval. As we rush from one task to other, we are unconsciously seeking approval of others. This creates anxiety and builds a super vigilant state where we submit to the environment. There
fears stem from past or future.
We are always with ourselves, but do we ever speak to the 'I' the way we do with everyone else? By sparing time for ourselves for a few
minutes, we can relax and get used to our own presence.
Look at all the things that life has given you. You have got this because you are worth it and you have earned it. Acknowledge them.
Carrying this new energy, we learn to respond to a situation, rather than react impulsively. Trust life. This is how to recharge yourself. When we do things that we love, our involvement
creates feel-good hormones in sync with the natural body. That is why swimming, cycling, gardening, games, reading, writing, dancing and singing bring about calmness and refresh the body, mind
Our life's meaning evolves. Till the time we are on the highway of life, it is significant to notice everything that our eyes can see. We came
because we are needed. Life is a driving force taking us ahead. Discovering our purpose is adding value with our feelings that reveal our uniqueness. When we let go the fears, we are ourselves
in the current moment. This needs 'you' and 'your appreciation' to move ahead to the moment from this beautiful present.
